Thank you for your review. I want to clarify that your first order didn't arrive because USPS failed to deliver it, not because you chose not to use the tracking option. Our experience with thousands of shipments, DATA has shown that orders without tracking are more likely to get lost. As a result, to enhance customer satisfaction, we now require tracking on all orders, despite the slight increase in cost.
I apologize for the less than ideal experience with your order. We hope you understand that the delivery issues were beyond our control. Once we learned that your initial order was not delivered to you, we quickly reshipped it at our expense.
