Return & Refund Guidelines

30-Day Return Window: Upon receipt of your item, you have 30 days to initiate a return.

Return Criteria: Ensure the product is unused and remains in the packaging it came in. Don’t forget to have your receipt or a valid proof of purchase handy.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Drop us an email at support@stickerfire.store to begin the return process.

  2. Should your return be approved, we’ll share a return shipping label with you and provide detailed instructions for the package dispatch.

  3. All returns should be addressed to:

    ⚠️ Returns shipped without prior communication will not be processed.

Product Concerns:
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch immediately. We’re committed to resolving such issues quickly.

Exchange Policy:
For a smooth exchange, kindly return the current item. Once approved, place a new order for your desired product.

Refund Details:
After your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about your refund's status. Upon approval, expect the refund to reflect in your original payment method within 7 business days. However, banks or credit card companies might need additional time to process and reflect this in your account.

Shipping Cost Policy:
Once an item has shipped and the reason for requesting a refund is not the fault of Sticker Fire, the cost of Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
