Sticker Membership Club FAQs

❗️How do I Manage my Club Sticker Fire, membership?  Log into your Sticker Fire Account. You may need to create one with the email you used when creating your subscription.  Once logged in, you will find a big red button that says Manage Subscription.  From there you can Pause/Resume/Cancel as you wish!

❗️ What is so special about Club Sticker Fire Membership Club?  At Sticker Fire, we introduce new stickers on nearly a daily basis.  When you subscribe to our Club Sticker Fire Membership Club, you will receive NEW, never seen been before stickers that are exclusive to being part of the membership. 

❗️Sticker Club Rules:

• On the first of each month, a new Membership Sticker Pack will be available.

• Your sticker pack will ship on the anniversary of your sign up date.  Example, if you sign up on January 21st, your next pack will ship February 21st.

• Exclusive Membership Stickers will be released on the website for individual public purchase on the first Friday of the following month.  Example:  January 2024's exclusive stickers, will be released for public purchase as individuals, on Friday, February 2nd.

❗️What's included in my Club Sticker Fire, membership?  Every member will be shipped 7 brand new stickers, never seen before on our website as a part of the membership.  Members with multi-month memberships will enjoy free shipping on their membership sticker pack.  Periodically, something fun just may show up you may not be expecting...  Never know! 😉

📦 When will my Subscription ship?  All membership sticker packs are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase or renewal.  Membership sticker packs are shipped via USPS First Class mail (non-tracking), and usually arrive anywhere in the US within 4-7 days.

📦 Where can I find my tracking number? All membership sticker packs are shipped via USPS First Class mail (non-tracking).  To save on membership costs, Sticker Fire ships club items with non-tracking postage

📦 How much is shipping for my membership sticker pack?  Month to month memberships have a small shipping & Handling charge of $2.29 per shipment.  Pre-pay membership options of 4, 6 or 12 months in advance have FREE Shipping!

📦 Will I know when my membership sticker pack ships?  Yes!  When we ship your membership sticker pack, you will receive an email with all the shipping details.

🚫 Returns and Refunds: All Club Sticker Fire membership sticker packs fall under the normal Sticker Fire Return & Refund Policy.
